Design Notes

Using the belted four-pocket jacket as a consistent structural element, we tested three contrasting lower-body proportions: elongated denim, a clean mini, and a fluid ankle-length skirt. The comparison shows how silhouette, material weight and movement can reposition utility—from sharp and urban to softer and more feminine—without changing the garment’s core identity.
