*Please allow an additional 6–10 business days for Standard and Express shipments to the Northern Territories (Northwest Territories, Yukon Territory, Nunavut). Note that we do not offer Express Shipping to the Atlantic Regions (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Please be aware that this offer excludes Special Order items. Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. All orders are subject to availability and credit verification. During sales and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
Your estimated delivery date will be displayed during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date, but please note that this date is an estimate only and not guaranteed.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please allow extra time for orders shipped to P.O. box addresses. For these addresses, as well as rural postal codes and remote locations classified as "beyond points," we can only deliver via Standard Shipping. Please anticipate additional shipping time for these orders.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If your order includes items that need to be sent to different locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please reach out to the Wonders Fashion Concierge for assistance; we’re here to help!

Please note that the prices displayed on our website do not include taxes. During the checkout process, applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated based on the total merchandise value and will be shown on the Order Summary page.
International:
We are not responsible for any additional fees, customs duties, or backend charges once the package has left Canada.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Click the link in the email to easily monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to become active.
We strive to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact Wonders Fashion Concierge so we can assist you.
If you refuse your order or any part of it without prior authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Thank you for your understanding!
Your satisfaction with your Wonders Fashion purchase is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items that have the original tags attached and are accompanied by the original invoice.
Customers may return items purchased on wonders.fashion within 5 calendar days of the original delivery date. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Footwear should be returned in its original shoebox, also in pristine condition. Please ensure that all applicable dust bags, boxes, tags, cards, and care instructions are included with the returned item.
Please note that damaged, worn, or incomplete merchandise will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense. Wonders Fashion reserves the right to deny any returns that do not comply with this policy. Additionally, returns are only authorized for full-priced items; all marked-down items and promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 30 days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Important Information About Payment:
For your convenience, your credit card information can be securely stored in your Wonders Fashion account. This sensitive information is accessible only to the account holder. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Notice. For added security, your billing address at Wonders Fashion must match the address on file with your credit card company. A mismatch may delay the processing of your order.
An authorization hold is placed on your card at the time of order placement; however, your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. For orders that ship on the same day they are placed, the authorization hold may appear as a second charge. This hold typically releases from your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s policies. If you are using a debit or check card, the funds will be deducted from your account immediately.
